Ingredients
  

  • 1 tightly packed cup of brown sugar
  • 1 stick of butter plus extra for greasing
  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • 4 cups of granulated sugar
  • 7- ounce jar of marshmallow fluff
  • 12 ounces of heavy cream
  • 16- ounce jar of crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Grease a 9-by-13-inch pan with a thin layer of butter.
  • In a large pot, melt one stick of butter. Then, add heavy cream and both types of sugar. Stir well and let it boil for about 7 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Take the pot off the heat and mix in marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Divide the mixture in half. Add creamy peanut butter to one half and melt semi-sweet chocolate chips into the other half.
  • Pour the peanut butter mixture into the pan first, followed by the chocolate mixture. Use a knife or skewer to create a swirl pattern.
  • Chill the pan in the refrigerator until the fudge is set.
  • Once set, cut the fudge into squares and enjoy the delicious blend of peanut butter and chocolate flavours.
