- 1 tightly packed cup of brown sugar
- 1 stick of butter plus extra for greasing
- 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
- 4 cups of granulated sugar
- 7- ounce jar of marshmallow fluff
- 12 ounces of heavy cream
- 16- ounce jar of crunchy peanut butter
- 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Grease a 9-by-13-inch pan with a thin layer of butter.
In a large pot, melt one stick of butter. Then, add heavy cream and both types of sugar. Stir well and let it boil for about 7 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Take the pot off the heat and mix in marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract until smooth.
Divide the mixture in half. Add creamy peanut butter to one half and melt semi-sweet chocolate chips into the other half.
Pour the peanut butter mixture into the pan first, followed by the chocolate mixture. Use a knife or skewer to create a swirl pattern.
Chill the pan in the refrigerator until the fudge is set.
Once set, cut the fudge into squares and enjoy the delicious blend of peanut butter and chocolate flavours.
This twist adds a delightful swirl of chocolate to the classic peanut butter fudge, making it even more irresistible.
