Dry the shrimp with a paper towel.
In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
Coat the shrimp in the flour mixture.
Heat butter and olive oil in a large pan.
Cook the shrimp for about 2 minutes on each side until they turn pink.
Take the shrimp out and let them cool a bit.
In the same pan, melt more butter and a bit of olive oil.
Add chopped garlic and cook for about a minute until it starts to brown.
Pour in white wine and stir well.
Let it cook for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes.
Put the shrimp back in the pan and mix everything together.
Cook for another minute until hot.
Stir in chopped parsley, and it's ready to serve.
