Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup chipotle sauce
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • Tomatoes and Lettuce

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a big pan over medium heat.
  • Put chicken slices in the pan and sprinkle taco seasoning over them.
  • Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until it's cooked through.
  • Take the chicken out of the pan and set it aside.
  • In the same pan, warm up your tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side.
  • Spread chipotle sauce on each tortilla. You can use raspberry chipotle sauce or regular chipotle sauce for that classic taste.
  • Top the tortillas with the cooked chicken and shredded cheese. You can also add some tomatoes and lettuce if you like.
  • Fold the tortillas in half to make them into taco shapes and cook them for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy. Then, enjoy!

NOTS

  • Normally, this recipe uses regular chipotle sauce, but I prefer raspberry chipotle sauce for extra flavor. However, feel free to use any sauces you like.
  • Marinate the chicken with taco seasoning before cooking for even more flavor.
  • Get creative with toppings like diced tomatoes, sliced jalapenos, or avocado to add extra flavors.
  • For super crispy tortillas, lightly brush them with oil before heating them in the skillet.
